The Sage Group is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to support the Consumer Lending Group at one of our financial services clients in San Francisco.
The Online Marketing manager will be responsible for the development and execution of online marketing programs to drive growth for Consumer Credit Card, and Personal Lines and Loans products. This position will partner closely with Offline Marketing channels and lines of business to implement product offerings. Online channels include onsite, secure site and email marketing
Responsibilities Include:
Partner with direct mail and lines of business owners to implement offer strategy for acquisition for Credit Card and Personal Lines and Loans products across owned channels (onsite, secure session, email)
Drive integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns executed through online channels for Credit Cards and Personal Line and Loans.
Ensure successful implementation of Invitation-to-Apply and Instant Pre-Qualify campaigns in online channels by partnering with Direct Mail, Digital Channels Group (DCG), and lines of business.
Create Test and Learn plans to optimize channel performance working with lines of business to execute plans and share insights.
Develop and execute strategies for developing the email channel to drive repeat customers in partnership with the email team.
Work with product managers and Marketing to align campaign messaging with offline and other marketing campaigns.
Able to develop forecasting, tracking and reporting for online results, including communicating results to senior marketing program manager.
Partnering with internal groups (Digital Channels Group and Offline Marketing) to identify and execute against new opportunities to support the overall needs of new and existing product offerings.
Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years of online marketing program management experience.
Online marketing experience with proven track record.
Strong measurement and results orientation.
Experience using email, online advertising to drive cross sell of new and existing products.
Must have confidence and presence to represent Marketing both strategically and tactically to both influence and serve line of business partners.
Hands-on experience using analytics to drive creative problem-solving and identify new opportunities.
Strong project management skills with ability to lay out project and to keep a team focused on key milestones.
Excellent partnership and management skills with ability to build teams and direct colleagues across the organization.
Self-starter with proven ability to accomplish deliverables on time.
