The Sage Group seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to execute multi-brand direct mail campaigns for our client, a leader in the pre-paid card industry. If you have solid direct mail execution experience, consisting of list/data sourcing, segmentation, data/list management, and creative testing and analysis, then please apply.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi-brand prepaid card direct mail campaigns that generate profitable customer relationships and maximize ROI.
Source and manage relationships with data partners for each assigned channel. Negotiate pricing, execute IO�s/ agreements, and monitor list performance.
Monitor performance of data partner lists.
Manage creative development of direct mail collateral and message testing to optimize response rates. Create and manage test matrices to define operational requirements for list and creative testing.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years solid B2C direct mail experience consisting of list/data sourcing, segmentation, data/list management, and creative testing and analysis.
Experience sourcing data/list partners, on-boarding new data providers and securing data files to meet campaign execution timeframe.
Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with external data/list partners.
Data driven, analytical and comfortable working in a data intensive environment with minimal supervision.
Experience with subprime and under-banked consumer data sources a plus.
Strong conceptual and logical problem solving capabilities. Self-motivated, outgoing, engaging with a self-directed entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
