Marketing Events Project Manager (Denver, CO)
We are looking for a Marketing Events Project Manager for a contractor role at a global enterprise data center hosting company in Denver, CO. The Event program manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, programming and logistics management for major corporate events and industry events in the US. This is an ideal role for a professional with 2 to 5 years of corporate event management experience.
This is a 40 hours per week; 9 months role onsite at the client's offices in Denver, CO. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
� Manage a wide variety of internal and external marketing events including conferences, customer advisories, company meetings, tradeshows, annual sales kickoff meetings
� Drive and manage cross functional project teams of major corporate events and also manage the relationships with external vendors
� Lead and structure the content and programming of large corporate events
� Create program agenda including content strategy and speaker placement, presentation development
� Assist with creating visual/production elements (videos, graphics, etc.), as needed
� Management of all event deliverables and logistics
� Budget creation and management
� Coordination between vendors and client internal systems
� Management of internal registration systems
� Providing on-site logistical and other support
Requirements:
� 5+ years of experience in marketing teams
� 2 - 5 years of corporate event and tradeshow management experience
� Collaborative, high energy, ability to learn, and extreme attention to detail; flawless execution
� Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
� Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
� BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
� 5 - 10% travel, in the US, to manage events
