We are looking for a Marketing Budget Coordinator to manage marketing budget processes - POs process management and tracking, invoice management and budget tracking.
This is a 6 month contract to potential perm role, 25 to 30 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Richardson, TX. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities
� Responsible for opening up purchase requisitions using Oracle workflow tool
� Project accounting/coding and processing all invoices
� Management of budget worksheets to track all expenses.
Requirements:
� Prior budget management experience in a high technology company; ideally within a marketing team
� Strong knowledge of Excel
� Strong coordination, multi-tasking and organizational skills; extremely detailed oriented
� Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
� BS Degree, preferred
