We are looking for a communication professional for a part time contract role at a company in Petaluma, CA. The role will focus on the production of PowerPoint presentations for the executive team. Working with marketing managers, and the graphic artist, this contractor will be responsible for the review, editing, and branding of executive level presentations. This is a presentation production role, not a content development role.
This is a 20 hours per week, 5 month project (with possible extensions) 1 day per week onsite at the client's offices in Petaluma, CA. There is flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
� Build PowerPoint presentations, based upon content/first drafts received from executives and marketing managers
� Review and edit presentations to ensure professional style, alignment to branding guidelines and consistent story line
� Work with graphic artist to re-work presentations to be visually engaging
� Presentations to be worked on include analyst presentation, executive briefings, and other executive communications
� Meet tight deadlines and work within changing priorities
Requirements:
� 4+ years of presentation creation experience for B2B high technology companies
� Excellent project management skills
� Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment; flexible in meeting deadlines and urgent requests
� Proficient in Microsoft word and PowerPoint
� Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
