$80k-$90k + up to 20% performance bonus

Midsize manufacturing company looking for a BI Architect/Developer with similar organizational size experience to join their IT team. This is a direct hire, full time position working with an industry leader, solid and growing, privately held, global company which has been in business for over 100 years, with 1000+ employees
In this Business Intelligence position you will; define, design and build Business Intelligence architecture, standards and solutions to meet reporting and analysis needs.
We are looking for:
• A strong attitude and aptitude, a resourceful individual, that is solution minded, that has the ability to understand best practices, someone that is flexible in their approach and design, with a strong desire to learn and excited about their opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of Business Intelligence BI, Architecture & Development
• Experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment of similar size and / or attitude
• Strong preference for Microsoft BI stack
• Hands-on with BI activities and related tools
--- o Data Integration / ETL Methods
--- o Data Warehousing Design / Development
--- o Information Reporting Development & Deployment
--- o End User Data Analysis
• Will consider other similar Business Intelligence - BI tools and environments
• Highly desirable experience knowledge; Mobile Tools, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Data Storage, Reporting Services, OLTT, COGNOS REPORTNET / Transformer,
