Computing/Storage/Switching Strategy Planning

Responsibilities/Descriptions:

Responsible for the IT technology Planning, including data center application, enterprise application, computing/storage/switching infrastructure. Working with the Huawei's internal team and major customers in the market to define the necessary technology and architecture for the future.

Objectives; Understanding the requirements and future trends of the industry, Capable of working with vendors, universities, and standard bodies in industry leading technologies. Define the system architecture for next generation applications and systems and ability to assure 10 years of competitive strength:

  • Understanding of the key customer's requirements, including data center application and enterprise application.
  • Define the architecture of the system ( infrastructure/software/hardware ) that fulfill the future customer/s requirement.
  • Understanding of software and hardware technologies in the industry that can support the implementation of the system, driving future technology development.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A MSEE, or a PhD is preferred, with 10 years of experience.
  • Work experience in a large IT infrastructure company in marketing or system architecture.
  • Experience in working with the design team.
