General Job Description
Inside Sales Admin and Contract Administrator:
The Sales Admin will focus on the sales and process management for installed base renewal sales. The goal of the position is to renew our existing customers' services by quoting and making outbound calls and emails to the customer base. Our customer base includes both North America and Latin America so fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The admin will be responsible for a high volume of quoting and calling using Salesforce.com. Being technically proficient on computers is critical for success in this sales admin role.
Roles Responsibilities:
Quote customers
Call outbound to ensure end customer received quote and wants to renew
Document activity in Salesforce.com or CRM System
50-60 Outbound calls per day
Keys to Success:
� Willingness to work hard and learn
� Being technically proficient on a computer - move quickly in Windows and Browsers
� Complete sales orders and other documentation required for close of a deal
Skills Required:
� Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish
� Time management
� Knowledge and experience working with a CRM systems
� Proficient computer (and quantitative) skills, including word processing, and Excel spreadsheets
� Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
� Detail oriented
� Team player
Bonus Skills (Nice to have but not required):
� Technical background/aptitude preferred
� Renewals and Inside sales experience preferred
� Professional and positive team player
� Fluency in Portuguese
