We are looking for an experienced senior technical recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, engaging with software engineers across all technology areas, primarily with experience in software product development and engineering. Responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, candidate outreach qualification, manage/coordinate the interview process, rate/salary negotiations, manage the candidate offer process and ensure successful candidate on-boarding.
Atleast 5 years experience in full-cycle technical recruiting. Experience in both corporate staffing environments is highly desirable. Have a good understanding of technology the associated skills, especially in our practice areas. Strong candidate sourcing skills and a well developed candidate network. Able to connect with develop a strong candidate pipeline by leveraging all available sources and specifically the social media networks.
