Position title: Client Director
Location: Bay area, California
Position description:
In this role your responsibility will be to act as the prime contact and perform account management type duties in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction for a group of very large and strategic customers. In this leadership role you will be a primary advisor and a key objective is to help customers take full advantage of best practices, information, and company technology and applications to drive business value and alignment between the company and the customer and the further adoption of company technology. You will drive this adoption and success by providing oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for greater service, and risk management. You will ensure that our the most valued customers receive the best possible service throughout their lifecycle, from deployment and beyond. In this role you will be required to have strong collaboration skills and a strong sense of accountability, and will often function as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Required skills:
�5-7+ years of account management and/or customer success experience
�Strong communication and presentation skills and experience working with large enterprise accounts
�SAAS software experience preferred
�Experience implementing customer satisfaction account management programs
�Proven ability to work and interact with C-level executives
�Ability to work closely with customers to solve business problems and adopt technologies
�Creative thinker with ability to communicate with internal and external customers
