Integrate product requirements with marketing guidelines to deliver production quality digital designs. Translate UX specifications and business requirements into clean, simple design. Develop detailed graphical user interface templates and style guides. Oversee work on internal communication materials, multi-media presentations, sales and marketing materials, and other forms of communication to help convey the Theranos brand to multiple audiences. Fulfill multiple project requests and meeting product development deadlines. Act as design liaison between cross-functional teams. Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms. Provide leadership to all Designers.
Requirements Bachelor's degree required from a top tier design or communication university (Digital Media, Design, or related degree preferred). 5+ years of professional experience in a creative environment (agency or design firm). Strong knowledge of Keynote, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, HTML5/Flash, FinalCutPro. Great compositional and typographical skills. Strong communication and project management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams. A digital portfolio review is required for consideration.
