We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager Assistant to manage webinar execution for a global company based in Sunnyvale. CA. The Marketing Project Manager Assistant will own the planning, execution and coordination required to develop and hold webinars for the sales team and partner community. Working for the Sr. Marketing Communications Manager, the project assistant will manage across teams to ensure all tasks are completed on time to ensure successful webinar execution
This is a 6 month (extensions very likely), 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities
� Manage the implementation of webinars including development of timelines, delivery dates, risk management and inter-departmental communications
� Manage project team meetings and ensure effective program communications
� Manage project plan in excel, and create Pivot tables to run metrics
� Write webinar program communications - invitations, updates, messaging, based upon corporate guidelines and templates
� Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, quality and consistency of project deliverables
� Synthesize data from various reporting tools, to create dashboards and run reports to provide meaningful insights regarding webinar performance and results
Requirements:
� 3+ years project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
� Strong knowledge of Excel, including ability to create Pivot tables
� Strong coordination, multi-tasking and organizational skills; extremely detailed oriented
� Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
� Excellent written communication skills
� Pro-active. Ability to take ideas/feedback and turn into action.
� BS Degree, preferred
