Cardpool, a subsidary of Blackhawk Network, is the leading gift card distributor that reaches over 200 million customers per week. We are the largest and fastest growing gift card exchange company.
All ordering is done through our website and we are currently looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate that can be involved with all aspect of the order fulfillment process.
Our Order Fulfillment department is open 6 days a week from 9 am 5:30pm, must be able to work weekends. We have multiple openings to support this team!
Responsibilities:
Selling gift cards
�Involves opening envelopes from mailed gift cards that are received
�Check gift card balances on received cards
�Sending payment on gift cards to customers
�Inputting cards into inventory
Buying gift cards
�Involves retrieving the gift cards from inventory and mailing them out
�Manage and navigate orders through a customized queue system
�Process the shipping of 85% of orders, verifying balances, and packing envelopes
�Process up to 800 gift cards daily
�Folding invoices into envelopes
�Sending out emails to customers
�Provide customer support by making verification phone calls
Qualifications:
�Must be MAC proficient and be able to navigate a browser
�Familiar and be able to navigate in Google Chrome
�Attention to detail, and ability to respond quickly to developing issues
�Data entry and ability to do basic keyboard entry
�Strong interpersonal skills
�Strong sense of customer service principles
�Problem solver and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
