Please direct your responses to: http://www.theranos.com/careers/creative/creative-director/palo-alto-ca Responsibilities -Originate ideas and concepts, develop pitches, and oversee and supervise all aspects of off air and campaign creation including design, visual effects, animation, and graphic applications for original campaigns and promotions. -Work closely with the CEO in implementing her vision as well as partner with the Chief Creative Officer. -Assimilate the company's brand and translate it into any medium (digital, film, radio, print). -Evangelize user-centric design methodologies across the company. -Excel in a fast-driven environment by understanding how to measure success of creative marketing efforts. -Oversee output of agency, conduct usability testing, and track results to continually build knowledge around creative performance and best practices. -Simplify complex ideas into elegant designs. -Work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand-gen, writers, designers, and web developers. -Leverage online and offline ideas with an eye towards integrating big ideas through various mediums. -Provide marketing leadership, vision, and execution for driving impactful growth and engagement. Requirements -Bachelor's degree from a top tier university with 10+ years of related experience. A Master's degree is a plus. -Demonstrated experience leading creative teams including editorial, design, and video. -Strong command of print, digital, mobile, and social media designs including successful approaches to create winning designs for each channel. -Excellent interpersonal and internal client/executive presentation skills. -A passion for crafting designs that help build innovative brands. -Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating online solutions for user interaction across multiple devices. -Work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
