Project Manager needed, due to growth and acquisitions a strong manufacturing company in the fastener industry, Supplying Automotive, Aerospace and other Vehicles companies looking to hire.
The Project Managers or Program Manager Background :
• Bachelor’s degree, Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical or related field, Master's preferred
• 3 years or more, manufacturing-related Project Management experience.
• Prefer 7+ years experience in Program Management / Engineering role
• 5+ years in the manufacturing environment
• Prefer knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fastener industry
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Lean Manufacturing training and / or experience very desirable
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
Project Manager / Program Manager will:
• Utilizes industry knowledge, experience and educational background to undertake, implement, and/or support specialized projects ensuring that company/plant goals and objectives are met and that services/projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively
• Develop, maintain, and manage project timing
• Interface with all levels of the organization, suppliers, and customers to ensure milestones are met on time and at/under budget
• Lead and assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of projects such as technical studies, review of specifications and technical plans, and product testing
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolution
• Directs integration of technical activities and products
• Manage capital projects budget

TRAVEL
There maybe times of heavy travel, local or overnight in the US and some International travel may be required
