Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our technology client in Santa Cruz, CA. This full time consulting role work with the client's Digital Marketing team which is responsible for all things digital and web; digital/online marketing campaigns, website, analytics and more. The team is responsible for website development and management, as well as maintaining the overall digital footprint for the company for both B2C and B2B initiatives and top level strategies. <br /><br /> Supporting the day to day activities to keep the client's online presence top of mind, the responsibilities focus heavily on the tracking and measurement of the client's digital initiatives as it relates to campaigns, product launch, advertising and website traffic monitoring.<br /><br /> Specific Responsibilities:<br /><br /> Provide tactical and metric related support for the client's global digital footprint, with continuous daily support as it relates to project management, sustaining operational functions, system management and online paid media activities, including:<br /><br /> Manage Google analytics system tracking needs and reporting: admin related duties<br /><br /> Facilitate and manage tracking resolution and needs for various campaign related activities by working closely with both project managers and the web developers.<br /><br /> Analyze and monitor online traffic and data trends to provide baseline recommendations and develop an understanding of the client's online customer journey.<br /><br /> Maintaining Reporting infrastructure and creation dashboard creation, custom reporting and tracking<br /><br /> Digital project management from start to finish; budget guidance, facilitating legal and purchasing requirements<br /><br /> Skills:<br /><br /> Business, Marketing and/or Economics degree preferred <br /><br /> Interest in digital marketing mediums: social media, online advertising, SEM, SEO, etc<br /><br /> Excellent communication and listening skills with a positive attitude<br /><br /> Confidence in data interpretation, analyzing metrics and sr. level reporting<br /><br /> Comfortable interacting with various integrated members of the company, both marketing and non-marketing<br /><br /> An understanding of analytics platforms; experience with Google Analytics preferred<br /><br /> Experience in using Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook<br /><br /> Ability to adapt to new priorities and tasks as they come<br /><br /> A desire and interest to learn about the digital space<br /><br /> <br /><br /> RATE: D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available<br /><br /> LOCATION: 50% onsite at client's office in Santa Cruz, CA; 50% offsite/virtual/WFH.
