The Administrative Assistant will exercise sound judgment and discretion, maintain a high level of integrity and
have the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, flexible and willing to
adapt to changing needs at short notice.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have proven experience; managing an executive calendar and daily schedule to
include prioritizing conflicting meeting requests, tracking action items, and following-up to ensure completion.
They will exhibiting exceptional organization skills, whilst juggling multiple priorities and keeping a busy executive
on track and on schedule.
Requirements of the Role:
•Travel and expense management experience
•Small/large meeting and event organization
•Preparing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda and reports
•Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
•Expertise with MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Ability to work calmly under pressure
•High standard of professionalism
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
•Produce large volumes of quality work (under pressure and to deadlines)
•Superior organizational skills, attention to details
•Team player with a ´can do!´ approach.
•Excellent desktop publishing tool skills including Microsoft and Outlook
Education:
•AA/BA degree strongly preferred
