The Job Description is as follows:
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 months
Infra / Lead
- Part of the Infrastructure Management team responsible for infrastructure coordination of ERP and other IT systems
- Person with 6-8 years of relevant IT experience
- Cisco experience preferred
- Data Center migration / GDCP experience preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills
- Poweruser in MS Powerpoint
Responsibilities:
o Create master Infrastructure Project Plan and Schedule o Create infrastructure provisioning specifications in coordination with Development, DBA and Architecture teams o Coordinate between ATS (DBA) and NDCS (Data Center / Sys Admin) teams for infrastructure planning and delivery o Report Infrastructure status o Understand Cisco's ATS and NDCS policies and procedures o Engage Release Management and Infra Services on environment planning o Interlock Infrastructure requirements across all functions o Identify and engage resources across organizations to resolve problems o Ensure on time environment delivery o Identify and drive big boulder discussions around boundary systems.
