The Opportunity:
iParadigms is a recognized leader in the education market serving over one million instructors in close to 10,000 institutions across the world. We are growing fast and are looking for an experienced marketing manager to help grow our market-leading product - Turnitin.

The marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, including webcasts, customer testimonials, PR, social media and other demand generation campaigns. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the education market with experience selling to institutional decision markers (CTOs, CIOs, Superintendents, Principals); working across sales and product teams, and a passion for conveying how technology can help improve learning outcomes.

Your role:
• Conceptualize, build and deliver marketing campaigns to create leads that result in new business.
• Drive the creation of compelling marketing materials, including customer success stories, presentations and sales tools for use on web site and by sales team.
• Analyze and report on marketing efforts to understand ROI.
• Work with product management to drive product roadmap and communicate benefits to potential users.
• Evangelize product brands into social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blogs, vertical networks).

To succeed you will need…
• BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years experience in marketing for a high-tech company in the education market.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker who can conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Outgoing, confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects across teams with limited guidance
• Familiarity with modern marketing practices, analytics and measurements
• Proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns that have a demonstrable benefit on sales.
