WebEnertia is a digital agency, that delivers highly functional and engaging website design, website development, Web applications, e-commerce, motion graphics, graphic design, print and Internet marketing solutions. Simply put, we design, build, and market solutions that exceed expectations and produce results - on time and on budget.

We are actively seeking a mid-level Project Manager with 2-5 years' experience working in a digital agency environment. This person will work to guide and track all aspects of our projects - from gathering requirements, tracking goals and deadlines, managing schedules, and guiding the team to successful on-time, on-budget completion.

The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate about our projects on both a technical level, with the team, and a user level, with our clients.

The project manager´s duties will include:
• Tracking project progress vs. time and cost estimates
• Regular meetings and daily communication with designers, developers and clients to keep projects on track and ensure all parties are informed about key developments, milestones, and changes to the project specifications
• Leading Quality Assurance testing and troubleshooting
• Keeping an eye on each project´s "big picture" without losing site of the details, and vice versa
• Fostering a cooperative, team-oriented work environment
• Desired Skills & Experience

The project manager position requires:
• Experience managing website development or similar creative & technical projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative, strategic thinking
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, deadlines and priorities
• Flexibility to shift focus and priorities on short notice
• Genuine interest in and enthusiasm about all things web
• Self-motivation, resourcefulness and a positive, can-do attitude
