Salary Range : 50000.00 - 80000.00 per year (3 - Mid Level (3.5-7yrs))


Seeking a Business/Account Development Executive to sell to the Raleigh NC market.  

Will be working with top performing recruiting staff.  Must have BD experience within the staffing industry and proven experience with fortune 50 and 500 clients. 

Must have previous staffing industry experience.

 

Compensation below is just the base salary.  Huge potential for commissions and bonuses ($200-$300k+++)  in addition to solid base of $50K - 80K (approx) salary DOE. Up to $300 car allowance. $75 phone allowance. $500 - $750 expense account.

Job Requirements 

  • Research and analysis of new business opportunities, assessing potential market verticals.
  • In conjunction with senior Management, evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning.
  • Initiate proposals, negotiations, and presentations for staffing and solutions based opportunities.
  • Electronically tracking and organizing new and existing client information including contact information, meetings, contract changes, concerns, and new consulting requests.
  • Monthly meetings with client managers and employees to determine concerns and/or new business opportunities.
  • Working with internal recruiting team to research qualified candidates to fulfill contract and solutions based opportunities.  Organizing interviews between consultant candidates and clients.
  • Provide weekly written status reports to management.
  • Maintain updated records within contact database.
  • Develop projects for marketing initiatives to promote company to both government and/or commercial clients.
  • Attend business expos, job fairs, seminars, etc. for prospective business opportunities
  • Work directly under guidance of Human Resources department in maintaining compliant recruitment practices and processing of new applicant documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of processed information as appropriate.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to exchange information, present ideas, report facts and other information clearly and concisely and to.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage personal workflow and resolve questions and problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of PC/Word processing and data management.
  • Good communication and organizing skills; exhibits accuracy and integrity when working with details.
  • Maintain and follow safety/security practices.  Perform other related duties, as assigned.
