Organizational Development Director
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth TX

This position supports the creation and execution of company strategies related to Organizational Development. Works in conjunction with the HR Leader and VP of Talent Acquisition and Development to support company leadership on the effective and consistent utilization of programs, processes, and resources to manage the talent lifecycle and drive associate performance. Serves as business partner to merchandising leadership to manage all aspects of Talent Management
Interfaces with all levels of company associates and routinely partners with merchandising leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives. Also interacts with external training and HR vendors. KPIs include quality of hire, retention of talent, organizational survey metrics, and performance management metrics.
Requirements:
10+ years experience in Human Resources, at least 5 years must have been spent in the corporate office of a major retailer
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership on OD issues
Strong business acumen and a passion for retail
Strong knowledge of employment law
Bachelors' degree required.
Must have working knowledge of employment law, proven HR/OD/Training expertise, strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills and a high level of discretion with confidential information.
