What we are looking for: Sales Account Manager
Proven ability to manage customer accounts for both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This position will be responsible for multiple Aeris customers and will manage all day to day interaction with those customers.
Key requirements are:
5+ years of sales or account management experience
Ability to rapidly understand new technology
Solution selling abilities
Never quit attitude
Telecomm or technology sales experience a strong plus
Weekly Sales and Account analysis
Provide account plans and competitive analysis at selected accounts
Understand the market and help provide recommendations to accounts based on market data
Work with existing partners to create win-win opportunities
Actively utilize NetSuite to track account activity and performance.
Work closely with Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Legal and Engineering Departments
Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations and contract preparation.
Identify opportunities for up sell products/professional services
The position is based in Santa Clara, with 25 – 30% travel.
