Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Web Marketing, User Interface Consultant to develop website landing page designs optimized for demand generation. This role will be full time for 3-6 months. It is critical for the right consultant to be a landing page expert with experience driving online demand generation for a B2B brand.

Our client is looking for a consultant who specializes in traffic flow conversions. Agency experience is welcome, provided you understand the B2B audience, their business concerns, and how to drive online design effectiveness in a B2B model. Are you a geek for online User Experience? Do you have web marketing expertise that drives B2B customers to the next stage of the buying cycle? We want to talk with you. Must have excellent content development, program and project management skills, be proactive, collaborative and deliver results in deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities:

* Must have excellent project management skills, be deadline driven and focused on results

* Need proven collaborative nature:
*How do you probe internal clients for the information you need to develop landing page design recommendations?
*How do you educate peers and cross-functional teams about best practices that will deliver the desired results?
*What type of reports or data have you delivered to guide the team toward the right success metrics?

* Must be proactive at developing key relationships on the team and a keen observer of personality dynamics to drive your effective internal communications

* To increase your positive impact with the team, you will need to be approachable and come across as a good listener

* Preferred experience leading a web marketing team through a significant design change to deliver a demand generation user experience

* Must have excellent content development, program and project management skills, be proactive, collaborative and deliver results in deadline driven environment

Skills:

* 7-10 years of marketing communications experience, specializing in web page design best practices to drive revenue

* Must be a landing page expert with experience driving online demand generation for a B2B brand

* Demonstrated ability to define and assess web marketing strategies and build actionable execution plans

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively influence peers and senior leaders

* Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills

* Ability to balance quality of work and execution completion driven by deadlines, in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture

* Ability to identify risk issues affecting work progress, raise awareness for areas of concern, and provide recommended solutions

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Web Design or similar

Rate: D.O.E, as w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

Location: 70% onsite at client office in San Jose, CA; 30% work from home. No phone calls please

Hours/duration: Full-time; July 29, 2013 up to 6 months
