eCommerce Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to provide data-driven insights and strategy to support online marketing efforts.  The individual will manage multiple projects globally working closely with regional business leads and third-party agencies, while partnering with the internal IT organization to ensure timely and accurate deployment of eCommerce and reporting initiatives.  The role will span business intelligence initiatives to create and interpret reports that integrate online behaviors analytics, sales, marketing performance and financial metrics; the role will also manage projects related to the evolution and optimization of Tria´s global eCommerce web sites.
 
The role of eCommerce Marketing Analyst will be responsible for:
 
1)  Business Intelligence
- Partner with regional teams to define and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives
- Develop monthly and quarterly business intelligence reports to present to regional teams and senior management by analyzing relevant data across multiple data sources to derive meaningful insights that can be relied upon to make strategic business decision
- Support ad hoc data reporting requests for senior management review that help identify areas of opportunity and improvement against achievement of strategic objectives
- Continually strive to improve existing reports, phase out unused reports, and create new reports that are more useful and actionable for the organization.
 
2)  Site Optimization
- Use web analytics and an instinctive understanding of customer needs to identify opportunities to improve site engagement and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities and manage projects designed to increase life-time value of acquired customers
- Partner with regional teams to understand acquisition efforts and serve as a subject-matter expert in eCommerce
- Lead quarterly competitive landscape analysis to identify and share trends in the eCommerce space
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports to layout the progression and scope for each project

Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- 5 years minimum experience in digital or eCommerce marketing, with strong emphasis on analysis and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Understanding of and familiarity with digital marketing campaign tracking including email, SEM, display, social and site
- Understanding of ROI, user profitability, user attribution, CPC, CPA
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to run complex data analysis using pivot tables.  Experience with web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc) is a plus.
