The Sage Group is seeking a Junior Marketing Project Manager to work for a leading software company in San Francisco. This person will support cross-functional teams and manage project timelines from start to finish within the Marketing and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage various project roadmaps within the Marketing and Strategy organization.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing and IT teams to successfully understand requests and manage project timelines to ensure the appropriate solution is implemented.
- Work with business analysts and product owners to put together and maintain marketing project plans, scope of projects, and user stories.
- Manage multiple requests from field marketing, channel marketing, and marketing intelligence teams.
- Act as key point of contact for cross-functional teams, providing relevant status updates to key stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of project or process management experience
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing projects and project timelines from start to finish within a marketing organization
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Previous experience working in a large, matrixed organization, preferably within the high tech industry
Skills Preferred:
- Familiarity with Marketo or Aprimo
