Multiple openings for contract corporate recruiters in the Oakbrook area
Long term assignment with possibility to convert to full-time
Overview:
-Sourcing for a high volume of multi-state positions
-Obtaining approval on new requisitions and posting on appropriate online sources
-Assisting hiring managers with recruiting-related questions and matters
-Updating Applicant tracking system
Requirements:
-Approximately 4-5+ years of recruiting experience
-Staffing agency and/or corporate recruiting backgrounds will be considered
-Healthcare staffing, particularly clinical for RNs is a big plus
-4-year Degree is a plus
-Excellent communication skills and very personable - strong customer service skills when dealing with hiring managers
-Experience with Taleo is a plus
Very friendly team environment, fast-paced setting
Open due to special projects/growth
Note that this is not traditional full-cycle recruiting. This role is best suited for someone that enjoys facilitating the overall recruiting process so that all runs smoothly.
