The Sage Group is looking for a Program Manager for a Global Partner Readiness team located on the Peninsula. This position will be responsible for supporting the rest of the team. It is a growth potential role with a possibility of going full time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain reports and scorecard to track project status, action items, key metrics and performance indicators.
- Analyze partner data.
- Partner recruitment, on-boarding and enablement activities.
- Coordinate activities, webinars, and distribution of key assets/collaterals to partners to drive partner awareness and enablement activities.
- Collaborate with all geo/theatres to meet the objectives/deliverables.
- On-going administration of key program components - partner curriculum, education assets and solution enablement toolkits.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, marketing, operations or program, preferably with a technology company
- MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and detail-oriented mind-set with an eye for details
- Proven PMO or program management experience
- Experience working with the distribution channel and resellers
- Experience in direct interaction with partners or customers
- Experience with marketing communications and events
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
Skills Preferred:
- Storage or server experience
- International/global organizations
Timing: 6 months
Start: Immediate
Location: Onsite and offsite - Peninsula
