Job Responsibilities: - Proactively research and develop innovative and aggressive strategies to source, evaluate and pipeline candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques and prescreening methods to determine if a candidate is a fit for a defined position.
- Complete searches through a variety of channels, including internal Applicant Tracking System, cold calling, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, and social networking.
- Source active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases and employee referrals.
- Build candidates databases, identify potential candidates and use cost-effective sourcing methods to attract candidates.
- Cultivate relationships with key candidates and talent pools to deliver both short-term and long-term networks.
- Partner with recruiters to help generate ideas, identify resources and share information that will facilitate an effective search process.
- Analyze and evaluate job descriptions, skills and other information to establish appropriate sourcing actions.
- Produce results with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
- Update and help maintain the ATS system.
- Assist the talent acquisition team in scheduling and confirming interviews.
Required Skills Skills/Experience:
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
- Software experience in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and creative Internet sourcing
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality and quantity in candidates submitted.
- A combination of corporate and search firm experience is preferred.
Required Experience Education:
- BA/BS degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
- Ability to source effectively from a variety of avenues, understand the market and identify fitting candidates for the company.
- Understanding of and experience with external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites and social networking.
