[KITlist] CONTR: Marketing Policy Initiative Manager (San Francisco, Ca)

The Sage Group is looking for a Marketing Policy Initiative Manager for a financial services company located in downtown San Francisco. This position will be responsible for project managing portions of a large multi-phase initiative to implement an enterprise telemarketing policy.

Responsibilities Include:

- Work on a broad cross function, high profile initiative, interacting with numerous partners across both lines of businesses and centralized functions.

- Facilitate an existing cross-functional working team to resolve complex issues.

- Partner with Corporate Policy Team on policy draft review and publication.

- Partner with Risk and Compliance team to build policy requirements into internal risk tracking system.

- Engage Data and Analytics partners and lead working teams to define requirements for interim contract management systems solution.

- Maintain project document archives.

- Develop high-level "Phase-2" project definition and plan.

- Build a team to consider associated operation issues.

- Partner with Law Department revising policy language to accommodate distributed calling.

- Define application of contact management systems solution to distributed calling.

- Support engagement with executive project sponsors and manage policy development reporting.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 5+ years experience with proven ability to manage complex projects, working with colleagues across business lines/levels and leading/facilitating a matrixed working team

- Talent for understanding and analyzing detail, combined with the ability to identify implications and create executive level recommendations

- Excellent speaking and written skills along with the ability to be self directed, strong adaptability to change and the ability to hit the ground running

Skills Preferred:

- Knowledge of retail bank branch management/operations/systems

- Experience developing operational processes and/or system requirements

- Knowledge of telemarketing and call technology

- Experience developing policy

- Expertise in cross-channel marketing
