Online Marketing Manager

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a self-motivated digital marketing superstar to become part of a fast-growing yet mature startup poised to own the beauty device market. Located at Tria Beauty's global headquarters in the Bay Area, the Online Marketing Manager will play a key role in accelerating business growth and have a roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity to contribute from day one. As the Online Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing performance media investments that drive traffic and conversions on TriaBeauty.com and TriaBeauty.ca, manage agency partners to deliver impactful results and actionable plans, and drive innovation and thought leadership via test-learn-scale recommendations.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years online marketing experience with in-depth exposure to email marketing and search marketing, superior quantitative skills, be highly motivated and have a proven track record for delivering results on time and with excellence.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage Tria Beauty's portfolio of performance marketing channels (e.g., email, SEM, SEO,
online storefronts and comparison shopping engines), including ideation of portfolio / channel strategy, KPI setting, media planning, forecasting, creative development, budget allocation, analysis, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Translate business needs into media strategies. Collaborate with offline marketing, retail and creative teams and other eCommerce partners to define direction and alignment opportunities
- Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy in partnership with key stakeholders geared toward driving direct revenue, customer acquisition, customer retention and upsell
- Identify growth opportunities and lead test-and-learn strategy and execution within responsible channels. Present learnings and actionable insights to internal team
- Provide day-to-day agency management, including campaign briefings, creative and messaging direction, and assurance of tracking to ROI goals
- Stay abreast of media and industry trends, and share relevant learnings and use cases to relevant stakeholders. Be an advocate for innovation, outside-the-box thinking and industry- leading growth
- Manage budget and payment processes Desired Skills & Experience

A successful candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
- 5 to 6 years of industry experience with a strong understanding of direct marketing across multiple
online channels, including email and search
- Strong skills with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) with the ability to determine key business
insights based on analytics reporting
- BA/BS degree
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to learn and grow in an industry-leading e-commerce company

Additional Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, be a self-starter and exhibit a proven ability to drive execution
- Innate leadership instincts, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross functionally and with outside agencies
- Experience preparing and presenting data to support business initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and convert observations into actions. Possess a strong balance of quantitative and qualitative skills
- Excellent written, verbal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with diplomacy and tact.
- Global experience a plus
