A large, well-respected healthcare system in the Metro Atlanta area has an opportunity for a Recruiter to join our team. Working with hiring managers, sourcers and other professionals, this individual will provide sourcing strategies to identify and evaluate top talent. Responsibilities also include extending offers to candidates and building an active talent pipeline. Qualifications include: - B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of employment laws related to the hiring process.
- Experience using MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Candidates must be organized, resourceful and motivated recruiters who can prioritize and meet deadlines.
