[KITlist] Partner Marketing Program Manager – Independent Software Vendor Partner (U.S.)

Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking an Americas channel marketing program manager to support the client's efforts to accelerate their Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners' success.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing co-marketing plans with ISVs across the Americas and manage, at a program level, the set of marketing engagements we have activated with 3rd party vendors and these ISVs.

This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Near-term: develop pilot marketing plans for select focus ISVs to set a template for onboarding ISVs

•Mid/Long-term: develop/manage a programmatic approach that can be replicated across ISVs within the Americas using scalable vendor resources

•Marketing liaison between Global Marketing and Channel Sales. This includes participation on account team weekly calls and collaborating closely with sales leadership

•Collaborate with and mange external vendor resources to produce marketing materials and templates such as: Solution Briefs, Internal Case Studies, External Case Studies
•Define ISV requirement for client's high touch marketing service offerings

Manage campaigns as necessary

•Support ISV marketing activities at key client events such as annual partner conference, large tradeshows and sales meetings

Skill sets:
•10+ years of channel marketing program experience

•Strong understanding of partner business models (SIs, ISVs, Large VARs, etc)

•Past experience working with ISVs is a plus

•Channel Field Marketing experience is a plus

•Global channel marketing experience is a plus

•Ability to negotiate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams

•Expertly manage internal/external vendors and track budgets

•Influencing skills with senior level managers/directors

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills

•Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed

•Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative

•Excellent time management skills

•Consistent follow-through on projects

•Very organized and detail oriented

•Proven ability to multi-task

•BA or BS Required. MBA is a plus.
