Human Resources Business Partner Position with Lockheed Martin Financial Services facility - Lakeland Florida(Near Tampa)
HR Site Lead for the Lockheed Martin Financial Services facility who will support three Directors and numerous level 4 - 6 leaders in the EBS Financial Services organization. Key responsibilities include partnering with the leadership team to continue to evolve the future of the organization by identifying strategies that support near and long-term business objectives.
This position provides significant opportunity to develop change management initiatives which will enable the workforce to meet business objectives effectively, lead employees and drive results in current and future planning.
The selected individual will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management and demonstrate value. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching and consulting; developing selection & retention strategies and delivering on HR programs (i.e. Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Merit, Compliance, Talent Management, etc). Candidate must be proactive in identifying resources and formulating actionable recommendations/options for leadership.
Effective influencing and communication skills are a must. This position is a key link to leverage Subject Matter Experts and other functions needed to support the assigned client base with seamless integration of HR services.
The selected candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, perform in-depth analysis of programs and policies, proactively identify resources, formulate actionable recommendations/options for leadership and drive timely closure on deliverables. and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with employees, and all levels of leadership. Candidate must be responsive, demonstrate strong business acumen, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels regarding HR support.
Additionally, will have opportunity for special assignments as needs arise which will aid continued growth and development.

-6+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines
