The Sage Group is seeking a Global Partner Program Process Manager for one of our clients, a leading virtualization software company located on the Peninsula. This person will be responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous project schedules and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of the program strategy and infrastructure requirements are met within the Partner Sales Organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage implementation of process/program improvements for the Partner Operations Team from concept through completion.
Drive the requirements of the systems necessary to support the program and the enhancements to the infrastructure that is built to support Partner Operations.
Consult with program managers, finance, management, and sales, to help identify, design, and implement the business processes necessary to implement a successful set of global channel partner incentives.
Play integral role in strategic planning process; ensure integration with other plans in organization.
Communicate status updates to Partner Programs team and coordinate with Operations to successfully support program
Understands Sales processes well enough to provide a quality assurance check of program automation system deliverables and has a point of view of best practices and solutions across functions.
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with key managers of the business for the purpose of reviewing progress as well as identifying new process needs.
Acts as primary liaison between Partner Programs, IT, and Operations Team.
Develop the metrics and track those metrics back to the business requirements of the project deployment.
Skills Required:
3-5 years of experience in operations and project management related roles a requirement.
Must be motivated, self starter with exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for details
Previous experience in managing cross functional requirements.
Demonstrated success in operational and business process development and re-engineering
Must possess excellent project management skills and good follow up skills to complete tasks as scheduled
Previous channel sales experience a plus
