Position – Business Process Analyst
Duration – 6 months +
Location – San Jose, CA
Job Description
The consultant will work with the Business and IT team to provide analytical support of the PMO. The Analyst will need to understand client/customer issues, conclude data presentation and provide resolutions while bringing operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Business process engineering, Data Analysis and Impact Analysis
- Define problem statements, create context level workflow diagrams to understand the problems to clarify the project goals and benefits
- Prepare a measurement plan to quantify the problem and/or seek cause data to determine baselines
- Create detailed level process flows, perform root cause analysis, investigate suspected causes and leverage stratified data
- Monitor project through its lifecycle and evaluate end results
- Assist in providing a view of all possible solutions
Must Have Skills
- Experience working with Product Life Cycle, Promotions and Programs
- Experience working with a large price list inventory
- Experience with business process operations
- Experience with Stakeholder communications and business process documentation
- Experience with Change Management and transition with End to End business process
- Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and Visio
Education
- BA/BS degree, MS/MA a plus
