Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a creative, passionate and customer-focused Senior Marketing Mgr, Integrated Demand Cloud Marketing Consultant for one of our high-tech clients in San Jose, CA. This consultant will join the client's Integrated Demand Marketing team; focused on demand marketing for their cloud suite of solutions. This role is responsible for coordination with field and solutions marketing, to plan, develop and implement global marketing programs in support of Cloud solutions offerings. Primary focus areas include end-user demand generation programs targeted to both prospects and install base customers and global awareness marketing programs and tools. This Senior Marketing Manager will interact with the client's brand, web, creative services, and content teams, as well as LOB leaders and stakeholders. This role requires a balanced understanding of business goals and buying cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development and optimization as well as channel knowledge.


Specific responsibilities:


Work closely with key stakeholders to drive development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive quarterly and annual marketing plans, strategies and deliverables that create demand for client's products and solutions
Determine the appropriate mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements, including: search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, content syndication, direct response online banners – Campaigns driven with the most compelling and creative calls to action to deliver stated ROI and contribution to pipeline goals
Work closely with Corporate, Solutions and other marketing groups to develop new offers, content and sales tools (print, web, multimedia, etc.) to support integrated campaigns
Collaborate with WW field marketing teams for efficient and effective global/local execution of integrated marketing campaigns Worldwide
Participate in direct marketing meetings with regional field marketing leads
Develop and promote best practices for campaign development and execution while working in a cross-functional organization to develop the campaign strategy, messages and overall campaign execution
Work with marketing operations to monitor the performance and ROI of marketing programs to ensure they meet strategic objectives

Skills:


7-10 years of demand/programs marketing experience in the technology industry, background in workload automation a Plus
Ability to think strategies and tactics and to develop and execute representative demand generation programs which result in demonstrable ROI and revenue generation
Strong competence with metrics and analytics across multiple channels to distill campaign knowledge into actionable plans that produce results
Ability to write effective demand generation copy
Knowledge of marketing and automation tools – Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Marketo
Excellent project management skills with the ability to take programs from inception to completion with minimal supervision
Vendor management experience working with internal resources and outside vendors including direct marketing agencies, graphic designers, and writers
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and possess the ability to work independently and to effectively multi-task activities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Experience with marketing in the cloud or networking markets a plus
Strong PPT and presentation skills
Knowledge of the buyer's journey
Proven ability to approach complex programs from unique angles
Ability to back-up ideas and direction with metrics and performance data
BA or BS degree required
