Change Management Consultant
This role is for a Change Management consultant to provide guidance and support for an ERP upgrade at a large firm. The Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing to communications plans, analysing stakeholders, and creating training strategies, amongst other Change Management responsibilities. The Consultant must be able to handle details of a confidential and critical nature, interact comfortably and skillfully with team members and senior level executives, and be keenly attentive to detail.
This is a 1/2 time role. The project is anticipated to take 1.5 years.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years experience in Change Management
• Experience supporting technology implementations highly desired
• Attention to detail and the ability to apply common sense and execute tasks with minimal direction are a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful & efficient, with a high level of professionalism
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Start date: December 2013
