Inside Sales Manager (Telesales) Position with Naviga Business Services - St. George Utah

Due to our client’s continued success, a new opportunity has developed, Inside Sales Manager (Telesales) in the St. George, UT market. We have been retained and are working directly with the executives of this organization.
Responsibilities:
The Telesales Manager directs and supervises a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for contacting customers via telephone for the purpose of selling advertising solutions to small businesses.
• Assists in planning sales strategy and training Inside Sales Representatives
• Hire, train and develop a team of 5-6 Inside Sales Reps, with potential for expansion
• Develops an effective telephone sales process for winning new accounts over the phone
• Lead by example with consistent individual selling
• Drive exclusively new account sales
• Directs the Inside Sales Team in volume prospecting over the phone, with company provided leads
• Achieves unit revenue and expense objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of business to business inside (outbound) sales experience; preferably 1-2 years of management or inside sales lead experience
• Must have the desire to motivate, influence and building an effective team
• Hiring, training and coaching skills a must
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results at or above quota
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Articulate, persistent, and outgoing with a professional phone demeanor
• High energy and goal oriented
• Well-organized with attention to detail
