The Sage Group is looking for a Web Analyst for a world leader in software design located in San Francisco. This individual will be responsible for a variety of web analytics and reporting projects for a growing team.
Responsibilities Include:
Build and maintain web analytics reports to monitor health of online business, and communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders regularly.
Continuously identify opportunities to modify reporting and analytic strategies to better meet the needs of the business.
Collaborate closely with other teams to define tracking goals and objectives.
Identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements.
Work with web analytics data and tools to analyze potential changes to the website and to measure the results of any changes or tests.
Assist direct marketing program managers with campaign tracking needs and post campaign analysis.
Provide ad hoc analysis to gain insights into user behavior; propose ideas to test hypothesis which will enhance user experience or drive incremental revenue.
Skills Required:
5+ year of web analytics reporting and general marketing analysis experience
Proven experience working with web analytics tools including Omniture and/or Site Catalyst
Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to organize, present, and explain complex data in a clear manner
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a high degree of self-management
MBA or degree in mathematics, economics, or other equivalently data-oriented field
Skills Preferred:
- Ecommerce experience a plus
- International/global organizations
Timing: 6 months
