Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Sr. Marketing Mgr, Maintenance & Renewals for a consulting assignment with one of our high-tech clients in San Jose, CA. This consultant will serve as an innovative and diligent, high-performing individual contributor that consistently delivers market leading subscription renewal rates. The Maintenance and Renewals Marketing Manager understands the unique value of services and support and how to bring this value to our customers. This individual will execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle including upfront communication, marketing programs and marketing automation of renewal options, recommendations for future subscription offerings, development of sales tools, and programs to maintain & update customer renewal data in our database.



Specific responsibilities:



Work closely with key stakeholders to lead development, implementation and optimization of comprehensive quarterly and annual maintenance renewal marketing programs
Proactively manage a portfolio of maintenance renewals to drive on-time customer retention and renewal rates
Partner with field sales and customer success to sell multi-year subscription renewals and business value of subscription
Manage outbound communication to clients and determine the appropriate mix of on-line and off-line campaigns to deliver stated outcomes
Develop sales tools and assets that support the maintenance and renewal process in addition to web site and data sheet updates
Collaborate with worldwide marketing teams to incorporate maintenance renewal programs into overall install base strategy
Actively engage with the maintenance and renewal business unit to share best practices, recommend new offerings based on data models with the overall objective to sell more


Skills:



7-10 years of experience in B2B high tech marketing with a minimum of 4+ years' experience in marketing maintenance renewals
Solid understanding of marketing automation platform such as Eloqua and automated campaigns to drive maintenance renewal
Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently
Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
Ability to think strategies and tactics and to develop and execute representative demand generation programs which result in demonstrable ROI and revenue generation
Strong competence with metrics and analytics across multiple channels to distill campaign knowledge into actionable plans that produce results
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate
Requires the ability to acquire a thorough understanding of corporate goals and objectives and the effect they have on the Renewals team
Excellent customer management skills and strong communication skills
Strong multitasking skills
Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience


RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: Full-time, onsite at client's office in San Jose, CA.
