Demand Generation Manager (Disaster Recovery Solution)

We are looking for a contractor to drive Demand Generation activities for a Disaster Recovery solution company. This privately held company focuses on providing Disaster Recovery solutions to SMB companies in the legal, healthcare, and financial services verticals. The company wants a leader to drive their demand generation efforts, generate "the right" sales leads and increase sales.

The Demand Generation manager will be responsible for the strategy development and execution of lead generation programs and campaigns to drive qualified sales leads for the sales team.

This is a 3 to 4 month project, 40 hours per week, (extensions possible) onsite at the client�s offices in San Francisco, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:
•Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy—including target market identification, messaging, content needs, metrics and activities to be employed - email campaigns, events, social media, etc
•Identify and create required marketing content to drive demand generation efforts
•Develop and execute lead generation programs, marketing tactics, events and other activities which may include the following: SEO, SEM, website and community requirements, events, webinars, seminars, telesales, etc.
•Report on the demand generation strategy and execution. Evaluate effectiveness of the tactics and track conversion to sales.
•Adjust demand generation strategy based upon the results realized.

Requirements:
•At least 8 years of demand generation experience, in b2b high tech companies
•Experience with Disaster Recovery solutions
•Experience in marketing to SMB companies
•Start up experience, preferred
•Demonstrated success developing a repeatable and sustainable demand generation process and a pipeline of leads, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in sales results
•Ability to define a set demand generation metrics that are tracked to evaluate program effectiveness
•Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
