Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for our client in Sunnyvale, CA. This position develops and manages Sales Enablement programs for our client and their channel partner sales with a particular emphasis on (GTM) Go to Market readiness.
This position works closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership; ensuring that business and sales goals drive sales enablement efforts.
Specific responsibilities include:
Develop Sales Go to Market training, tools and content
Determine Field Sales and Channel Partner Sales objectives and requirements and design sales training and enablement programs that map to expected results
Develop virtual and instructor-led Sales Enablement training programs to support product launches or updates, adoption of new GTM (Go to Market) tools
Act as an advocate for Field Sales and Channel Partner Sales, making sure the Field has what they need, when they need it, in the format that works for them
Communicate with the Field on both a formal and informal basis using surveys and interviews to determine priorities, current issues and pain points - regularly assess the Field's and the Channel Partner's sales enablement needs
Establish a Field Sales advisory council and solicit feedback from selected Channel partners
Act as a trusted advisor to sales managers and reps
Drive continuous improvement for Field Sales enablement processes and technologies
Skills:
Experience in the Security Industry a must
7-10 years sales enablement program management, for internal as well as partner sales
3-5 years Sales, Product Marketing or Product Management experience
Exceptional program management track record with measurable business results
Excellent presentation skills and ability to write in multiple styles (business, motivation, information, persuasion)
Strong project management and organization skills, ability to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
Creative approach to problem solving
Ability to lead and execute with minimal supervision in an unstructured & ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Understand instructional design concepts and implementation
Experience with utilizing or deploying a Learning Management System (LMS)
25% business travel
BS/BA degree in relevant discipline
RATE: D.O.E. per week as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 100% on-site at our client office in Sunnyvale, CA
HOURS/DURATION: ASAP - 04/30/2014
