Description:
• Reports to the VP of Marketing in Sunnyvale, California
• Demand generation (focus area)
o Conceive and execute demand generation plan and programs to get qualified prospects for the sales team across EMEA. Key metric will be the quality and quantity of qualified prospects generated
o Support partner marketing activities
o Analyze and optimize demand generation programs to maximise ROI
• Other marketing activities
o Work with the sales team to find customer references
o Work with corporate marketing to publish case studies
o Work with PR agency to pitch client case studies, thought leadership and other topics to the press, and coordinate press interviews
• Work closely with corporate marketing and EMEA sales teams, and manage local marketing team and PR agencies to drive revenue
• A few overlap hours with Pacific Time (estimated to be a total of 2-3 hours per week) will be needed on some days of the work week to enable real-time collaboration
Qualifications:
• 8-12 years of direct experience and proven track record of success in marketing in the UK and across continental Europe
• Extensive experience and track record of success in demand generation in the UK, Germany, France and Benelux
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages beyond English desired: German, French and Dutch, in that order
• Experience and context in customer engagement, CRM, customer service management, eBusiness, social, knowledge management or contact center software space
• Outstanding communication skills – verbal, writing and collaboration
• Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or business administration with strong understanding of technology.
