You will play a critical role in the success of a smooth operating business, while managing multiple demands, tasks and priorities with solid and flawless judgment. Action-Packed Responsibilities:
Work closely with a driven, energetic and passionate CEO and COO who think and move quickly
Manage the ever-changing and busy executive calendars to make the workday as smooth and productive as possible - look into the future and anticipate things before they come up
Highly visible role in external scheduling with C-level executives and clients
Organize our CEO���s short and long-term priorities to keep her on task and targeted
Provide personal and confidential support to our CEO, including travel arrangements and other personal responsibilities
Work with executives to create, edit and finalize key company presentations and communications
Be the go-to person for all administrative needs including supply maintenance, greeting guests, office upkeep, and answering phones
Provide administrative support for company events including team off-sites and all team meetings
Manage/support ad hoc projects as needed

Maniacal attention to detail and proven ability to create simple, sustainable and organized processes
Outstanding follow-through, self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor with a high regard for confidentiality
Strong time management skills and ability to make judgment calls
Work well in a highly collaborative environment and open to give and receive feedback
Essential technical skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Bachelor���s degree
2-3 years relevant work experience; 12 months of experience as Junior Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting top execs
40 hours (5 days), 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, San Francisco, CA
