We are looking for a Marketing Programs manager for a contract to hire role at a global enterprise solutions company. The role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA. The Marketing Programs manager will be responsible for managing different marketing programs, building out sales tools and leading demand generation programs to drive sales.
This is a 40 hours per week; 6 months contract (possibility of full time employee conversion) onsite at the client�s offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions� employee.
Responsibilities:
� Create wide variety of content and marketing collateral such as press releases, product briefs, case studies, and white papers to build brand awareness
� Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy�including target market identification, metrics and activities to be employed - email campaigns, events, social media, etc
� Develop and execute lead generation programs, marketing tactics, events and other activities
� Go-To-Market strategy planning and execution
Requirements:
� 4-5 years of proven experience managing various marketing and demand generation programs
� Strong experience in working with technical products and teams
� Strong analytical and organizational skills
� Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
� Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
� Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
� BA in marketing, communication, or related area of study
� Technical background is highly desirable
