Role: Channel Operations Manager
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a full time Channel Operations Manager. In this role you will be working very closely with the IT, Finance, and SOPS.
This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.
Responsibilities Include:
� Operationalize program � mostly in SFDC� infrastructure, deal reg, etc � which require someone who is highly process savvy
� Work closely with sops, finance, it � and respond to cam needs
� Build out tools in portal (which is in SFDC) � program dashboards, etc.
� Ability to see / recommend Channel tools � then operationally execute
� Redo portal
� Execute/manage program against requirements and compliance
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years Channel Operations experience. It is critical that the Channel Operations Manager has extensive hands on SalesForce.com experience.
Skill Sets
� Strong channel operations experience and expertise
� Expert in SalesForce.com
� The ability to do well in a start up environment
� Very professional and polished
� Works independently and leads teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment and experience.
� Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
� Strong presentation skills.
� Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
� Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
� Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience.
