POSITION - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
LOCATION � SANTA CLARA, CA
TYPE � CONTRACT
DURATION � 1 YEAR PLUS
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with an upbeat personality. Must be able to multi task, work independently and take on tasks or projects with ease.
MUST BE TECH SAVVY. MUST HAVE experience in Microsoft Office Suite � Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM. Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must!
Administrative Duties
� Performs administrative and office support for multiple departments
� Assist with confidential information and documentation
� Assist with managing calendaring, travel arrangements and event planning
� Meeting coordination � set up lunch when needed
� Code and approve equipment invoices, office supply invoices, office maintenance invoices send weekly to AP
� Expense reports: Submit to manager for approval, track and send to AP
� Assist in managing third party vendors to communicate tracking and follow up
� Answer telephones, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
� Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials
� Compose and distribute meeting notes and reports
