Field Marketing Program Manager - New York, NY
We are looking for a Field Marketing Program Manager for a 3 months contract role at a global data center hosting and solutions company. The role will be based in New York City, NY. The Field Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for all strategic planning, market/competitor analysis, marketing program execution and measurement of regional and vertical field marketing activities. This role requires close collaboration with sales leadership and teams to support sales goals.
This is a 40 hours per week; 3 month role (with likely conversion to permanent employee) onsite at the client�s offices in New York City, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions� employee.
Responsibilities:
� Understand the global and regional sales goals and develop and implement a marketing plan to support the sales goals
� Create detailed business analysis, contact strategy and development strategy by accounts, markets, customer segments, products, solutions and verticals and develop targeted marketing programs
� Develop and execute best in class/flawless integrated marketing programs, channel promotions, campaigns, events, social media and web presence
� Develop an on-going communications plan for sales
� Track and measure success of activities and programs
� Manage and track budget to align with marketing and sales key goals and objectives
� Track general business indicators including market trends and competitor�s marketing and sales program activities
� Regularly attend sales calls and Quarterly Business Reviews for region and districts
Requirements:
� Bachelor degree required,
� Minimum of 5 years of field marketing experience working with sales organizations.
� Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
� Strategic planning, budget management, analysis and analytical skills
� Excellent collaboration skills in working cross-functionally with sales organization, corporate marketing, peers, channels and alliance teams
� Experience in high tech marketing required
� 25% travel required
