The Sage Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to work for one of our Financial Services clients in downtown San Francisco. This consultant will manage fully integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with different lines of business to ensure a smooth roll-out and program execution.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop offers for acquisition efforts and current customer engagement for supporting lines of business
- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of offer testing strategy, ideation, development, launch, evaluation, and rollout plans
- Nurture internal and external partnerships to create value add offers
- Negotiate with and manage vendors to create and maintain strong external relationships
- Act as liaison to different lines of business to ensure that offerings are run successfully and on schedule
- Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including: advertising-print, radio, online, TV, outdoor, digital (online, mobile, social, tablet), direct marketing, in-store, ATM, and PR
Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a strong background in financial services
- Proven background leading multi-functional, multi-channel complex marketing programs from concept to completion, analysis, and re-engineering process
- Influencer personality with the ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment
- Exceptional partnership and collaboration skills
- Ability to use data, sophisticated targeting and testing methodologies to drive measurable results
Skills Preferred
- Credit marketing background
-Prior agency relationship management experience
Timing: 9 months minimum, 40 hrs/week, onsite
